IZJAVA ODGOVORNOSTI I SUDJELOVANJA NA VLASTITI RIZIK

Sudjelovanjem na događaju Hard Enduro Moravice 2026, potvrđujem i izjavljujem sljedeće:

1. Svjestan sam da je hard enduro sport visokog rizika koji uključuje mogućnost ozbiljnih ozljeda, trajnog invaliditeta ili smrti, kao i oštećenja ili uništenja motocikla i druge opreme.

2. Sudjelujem dobrovoljno, na vlastitu odgovornost i na vlastiti rizik, uz potpuno razumijevanje svih potencijalnih opasnosti koje proizlaze iz sudjelovanja.

3. Potvrđujem da sam fizički i psihički sposoban za sudjelovanje te da moj motocikl zadovoljava osnovne tehničke i sigurnosne uvjete.

4. Obvezujem se pridržavati svih pravila, uputa i odluka organizatora, redara i službi sigurnosti tijekom trajanja događaja.

5. U najvećoj mogućoj mjeri dopuštenoj važećim zakonima, odričem se prava na bilo kakve zahtjeve, potraživanja ili tužbe protiv organizatora, suorganizatora, partnera, vlasnika zemljišta, sponzora i svih uključenih osoba, za bilo kakvu štetu, ozljedu ili gubitak koji može nastati tijekom ili u vezi s događajem.

6. Prihvaćam da organizator ne snosi odgovornost za: - tjelesne ozljede ili smrt sudionika, - oštećenje ili krađu motocikla, opreme ili osobnih stvari, - bilo kakvu materijalnu ili nematerijalnu štetu nastalu tijekom događaja.

7. Suglasan sam da organizator može koristiti fotografije i video materijale snimljene tijekom događaja u promotivne i medijske svrhe bez dodatne naknade.

8. Razumijem da organizator zadržava pravo izmjene rute, programa ili otkazivanja događaja u slučaju više sile ili sigurnosnih razloga.

Potvrđujem da sam pročitao, razumio i u potpunosti prihvaćam ovu izjavu.

 

DISCLAIMER AND PARTICIPATION AT OWN RISK

By participating in the Hard Enduro Moravice 2026 event, I confirm and declare the following:

1. I am aware that hard enduro is a high-risk sport that involves the possibility of serious injury, permanent disability, or death, as well as damage or destruction of the motorcycle and other equipment.

2. I participate voluntarily, at my own responsibility and at my own risk, with full understanding of all potential dangers arising from participation.

3. I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating and that my motorcycle meets the basic technical and safety requirements.

4. I commit to adhering to all rules, instructions, and decisions of the organizers, marshals, and security services during the event.

5. To the greatest extent permitted by applicable law, I waive the right to any claims, demands, or lawsuits against the organizer, co-organizer, partners, landowners, sponsors, and all involved parties for any damage, injury, or loss that may occur during or in connection with the event.

6. I accept that the organizer is not responsible for: - bodily injury or death of participants, - damage or theft of motorcycles, equipment, or personal belongings, - any material or immaterial damage occurring during the event.

7. I agree that the organizer may use photographs and video materials taken during the event for promotional and media purposes without additional compensation.

8. I understand that the organizer reserves the right to modify the route, program, or cancel the event in case of force majeure or security reasons.
